Carolyn Grand Paintings

A BSc. graduate from the University of Minnesota, I have always taken art.  One of my first favorite's was sculpture, but learned it wasn't portable enough to continue once I was out of school and didn't have a studio of my own.

Since my children were born I have fit my art into spare moments, Taking courses from many fabulous instructors along the way: Paul Granlund, Barry Coombs, Daniel Hughes,  Klaas Hart, and Sadko Hadzihasanovic among others.

My thanks go to them and their encouragement to continue.

My apologies for the erratic photos of my work.  I have yet to take a shot with a tripod.
